Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic TGT English Teacher to join our academic team in Malikipuram, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for teaching students at the secondary level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to students from Grades 6 to 10 as per the curriculum (CBSE/State Board).
- Create engaging lesson plans and deliver interactive classroom sessions.
- Prepare and evaluate tests, assignments, and exams.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration.
- Encourage student participation, reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for academic planning and student development.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in English + B.Ed (Bachelor of Education – mandatory).
- 2–5 years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary level.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
