We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English to join our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills—especially in writing—and a proven ability to engage and inspire young learners. Candidates with a good academic record and prior teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core language skills—reading, writing, grammar, literature, and communication—in a creative and interactive manner.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the prescribed curriculum and school standards.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes learning, discipline, curiosity, and creativity.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their academic performance and confidence in English.
- Integrate technology and modern teaching aids into classroom instruction for effective learning.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular activities like debates, dramatics, elocution, essay competitions, etc.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- MA (English) with B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher (preferably at Primary or Middle School level).
- Key Skills:
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
- Ability to design creative teaching methods that make learning engaging.
