Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop relationships with textile wholesalers, retailers, boutiques, and garment manufacturers across Chhattisgarh
- Promote and sell a range of textile products such as fabric, suiting-shirting, dress materials, or home textiles
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Visit markets regularly to understand customer requirements and competitor products
- Ensure order processing, coordination with dispatch, and timely delivery
- Follow up for payment collection and maintain healthy customer relationships
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meets as and when required
- Maintain accurate sales reports and share regular updates with the reporting manager
- Collect feedback and share market insights to help improve product offerings
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience in textiles, garments, or fashion-related industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and geography of Chhattisgarh
- Must be target-oriented and self-driven
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license required
- Local language proficiency preferred (Hindi/Chhattisgarhi)
