Job Description: Software Tester (Manual & Automation)

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of applications to ensure quality and identify defects.
- Design, develop, and execute automated scripts using testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Document and report test results clearly, identifying issues, tracking bugs, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product changes, functionalities, and resolve identified issues.
- Participate actively in test planning, test case creation, execution, and maintenance.
- Conduct regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide feedback to enhance software usability and improve product reliability.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Proficient in creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and software testing principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
