Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Keep accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or financial products (loans/credit cards preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
- Self-motivated and eager to build a career in financial sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
