Job Description
Spectrum Solar Power is seeking energetic and motivated Territory Sales Associates (Male Preferred) to drive sales and expand our customer base across Kasargod, Kanhangad, Uppala, and Cheruvathoor regions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell solar power solutions in the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits and meet potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred.
- Previous sales experience (solar/renewable energy sector experience will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
