Must have fallow the conditions:-
- Must agree to attend final- face to face round of interview in Lucknow HO.
- Must have own bike and valid driving license.

Work Experience and edu. qualification:-
- At lest 3 years work experience in Field Sales & Business Development covering whole Gorakhpur and near districts in Automobile spare parts / FMCG / Pharmaceutical products will prefer.
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA-Marketing.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- Sales of Royal Enfield spare parts to wholesaler, distributor, retailer, mechanics etc. of territory i'e Gorakhpur and its nearby area/districts.
- Negotiate the price and close the deal.
- Get order from existing customers and assign new ones for business development.
- Regular visiting territory as assigned by your reporting manager.
- Regular attending the review meeting with sales reports on time in hour head office.
CTC:- Rs.25,000-30,000/- per month +
- Appreciation:- Incentives (min Rs.5,000-8,000/-) & increment as per performance +
- Benefits:- PF/ESIC + TA (min Rs.6,000-8,000/-) + DA + Medical Insurance (Rs. 2 Lac) + Life insurance (Rs. 1 Lac).
