Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submissions that align with company policies and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor government portals, e-tender platforms, and publications for relevant tenders and bidding opportunities.
· Analyse tender documents to understand project scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria.
· Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to gather necessary documents and inputs.
· Prepare and compile technical and financial bids as per tender guidelines.
· Ensure timely submission of tenders both online and offline, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
· Maintain a tender tracker and update management regularly on tender status and outcomes.
· Follow up on submitted tenders and participate in pre-bid and post-bid clarifications or meetings.
· Maintain records and documentation of all tenders and related correspondence.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
· Knowledge of tendering, bidding, or proposal writing.
· Strong understanding of government and private procurement processes.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Familiarity with e-tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement sites) is a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
