Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our growing Immigration Consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be goal-oriented, and capable of converting leads into potential clients for immigration services (Canada, UK, Australia, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain immigration and visa services.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested candidates via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa categories, eligibility, and documentation.
- Schedule counseling sessions or walk-ins for senior immigration consultants.
- Maintain records of conversations and update the CRM with daily call status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling (preferably in Immigration/Education/Consulting).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Good convincing skills and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Friendly, polite, and professional phone manner.
Education:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
