We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Call potential students and explain courses & admission process
- Handle queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Maintain follow-up and daily call records
- Guide students towards suitable programs
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills (Hindi, English, or local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry)
- Positive attitude & convincing skills
- Experience in education consultancy (preferred but not mandatory)
