We are looking for confident and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. If you're good at talking to people, enjoy convincing customers, and love the thrill of closing a deal over a call – this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly over the phone.
- Follow up with interested prospects and close sales.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and after-sales support.
- Provide excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English.
- Must be based in Pune – applications from other locations will not be accepted.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle objections.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support will be a plus.
