Job Responsibilities:-
- Making outbound sales and support calls,
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and complaints,
- Generating leads by promoting products or services,
- Maintaining customer records in a database
- Following up on leads, achieving sales targets, and providing a positive customer experience.
