Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
- Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Clearly explain products or services and their benefits to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Handle objections and rejections with confidence and professionalism.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support business goals.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
