- Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present and promote products/services.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Achievement:
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections effectively to close sales.
- Lead Management:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through active communication.
- Maintain an updated database of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on company offerings, features, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
- Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
