- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote services.
- Explain procedures, benefits, risks, and outcomes clearly to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure accurate assessments and recommendations.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and Satya’s unique offerings.
- Cross-sell products and services to increase average customer value.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
- Address client concerns empathetically and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
