Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant VIP services.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Represent Shaadi.com’s VIP Services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Accurately document all client interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets.
Who Should Apply?
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali is a strong plus.
- Age Group: 22 to 40 years.
- Skills: Excellent communication, rapport-building, and persuasive sales ability.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve success.
