Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly/weekly targets.
- Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Provide regular reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM entry, email handling).
- Previous tele sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience: 1–3 years with good communication skills can apply
