Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote healthcare products (Massage Chairs, Massagers & Wellness Products).
- Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing over the phone.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer database (calls, follow-ups, and feedback).
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth order execution.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare/wellness products will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary & Incentives: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives
