We are looking for energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Associates to join our passionate team and help spread the message of holistic health. --- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads generated through online campaigns, referrals, and social media Explain our weight loss programs, yoga classes, Ayurvedic products, and workshops to potential clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services or packages Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert them into paying customers Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Provide accurate information and handle objections confidently Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding of clients --- Requirements Proven experience in tele sales, BPO, or customer service roles (wellness/fitness domain preferred) Excellent communication in Hindi and basic English Confident, energetic, and goal-driven personality Ability to convince and build rapport quickly over a call Comfortable with calling and following up regularly Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred --- Working Hours 6 Days a Week Flexible Shifts (with performance-based incentives) --- Perks and Benefits Attractive incentives on every conversion Opportunity to work with India’s best online wellness brand Free access to premium yoga and meditation classes Growth path to Team Leader/Manager roles Wellness-centric work culture and rewards
