Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound sales and a strong understanding of services like FSSAI registration, GST registration, Trademark filing, and Company Incorporation. You will play a key role in converting leads, providing information to clients, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services clearly and effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable legal/compliance services.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp until conversion.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about FSSAI, GST, Trademark, and Incorporation procedures.
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with backend teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience, preferably in legal/compliance services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).
- Good understanding of FSSAI, GST, Trademark, and Incorporation services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
