Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain the company’s digital marketing services (SEO, social media, Google ads, website development, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant digital solutions accordingly.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team when required.
- Handle basic objections and provide appropriate solutions within the time limit.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Maintain proper records of telecalling activities and update CRM or internal tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Should be confident and have a positive attitude on calls.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
