Job Description
The role involves generating sales through tele-calling for loan products like Two-Wheeler Loan, Personal Loan, Used Car Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Solar Loan. The ideal candidate should have prior tele-sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for Two-Wheeler, Personal, Used Car, LAP & Solar Loans
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers
- Maintain daily calling records and update leads in Excel / CRM
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions over the phone
- Coordinate with the credit and sales team for loan application processing
Requirements:
- Male & Female both can apply
- Minimum 1–4 years of Tele-Sales / Loan Sales experience (NBFC/Banking preferred)
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Basic MS Excel and documentation knowledge
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
