A Telesales Executive for WoH Outdoor in Delhi, Ghitorni, would be responsible for selling the company's products (furniture and furnishings) over the phone. This role involves maintaining a customer database, cold calling, closing deals, and following up with potential customers. Fluency in both English and Hindi is required, and experience in telesales is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Becoming an expert on WoH Outdoor's furniture and pricing.
- Customer Engagement: Maintaining a customer database, cold calling leads, and closing deals.
- Communication: Representing the company professionally over the phone and building rapport with customers.
- Follow-up: Persistently following up with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
