We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote our products/services, generate sales, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products
- Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
- Handle objections and close sales efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
