- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads to introduce our Ayurveda treatments, therapies, and wellness programs.
- Explain treatment benefits, packages, and services in a clear, convincing, and compassionate manner.
- Handle inbound patient queries regarding appointments, treatment plans, and general information.
- Convert inquiries into appointments and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Follow up with patients to ensure timely bookings, payments, and continuity of treatment.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/appointment targets.
- Build strong relationships with patients by providing excellent communication and after-sales support.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi will be an added advantage).
- Patient, empathetic, and persuasive approach in dealing with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Ayurveda/healthcare industry preferred (training will be provided).
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
