Responsibilities
- Cold calling, generating reports, Sales emails, Requirements gathering, setting up google meet calls with clients.
- Convert cold/warm leads into qualified prospects through persuasive communication.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
- Record all call notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses regularly
- Build rapport with clients and develop long-term engagement through trust.
- Ensure a smooth experience for customers from first call to handover or subscription.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Share performance reports and lead feedback regularly.
- Suggest improvements in the pitch or marketing materials based on client feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and on-ground sales teams to optimize lead handling.
Skills Required
0-3 yrs of experience in cold calling and lead generation, especially in B2B software or SaaS domains.
- Must be confident in engaging decision-makers and explaining complex solutions over phone calls.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, telephone Etiquettes.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
