Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and confident Telemarketing Executives to join our outbound calling team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads for life insurance in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to UK-based prospects
Engage customers, generate interest, and qualify them as leads
Maintain accurate call records and achieve daily/weekly targets
Follow provided scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines
Who Should Apply
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven individuals
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Preferred: Candidates residing within a 15 km radius of Rohini Sector 11
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000
Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 based on performance
