Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our offerings, and generating interest that leads to sales or appointments. You will work from a provided list of leads, following scripts and sales techniques to achieve set targets while maintaining a friendly, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
- Introduce and promote products or services clearly and persuasively
- Build rapport and handle objections professionally
- Record customer information accurately in the system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/appointment targets
- Follow company scripts and comply with all policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred, not required)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice
- Ability to actively listen and engage customers in conversation
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
- Flexible availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
