Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, offers, and services to clients.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into site visits.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain a proper follow-up schedule and update client records.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
