About the role
You’ll work at a real estate company, calling old and new clients to qualify them for a site visit or sales discussion, reply to social messages, and audit feedback from previous visits—all while keeping clean notes in Zoho Bigin.
What you’ll do
- Call new enquiries within 15 minutes; qualify diligently (decision-maker, budget, timeline, area, loan need).
- Call past/old leads to re-engage, update status, and progress them to visit/booking.
- Reply to social messages (WhatsApp/FB/IG) with clear, polite written responses.
- Audit post-visit feedback: reach out after visits, capture concerns/NPS, and log next steps; close the loop with Sales Associates.
- Offer two site-visit slots, confirm, and trigger WhatsApp confirmation.
- Record call/chat outcome, notes, and next action immediately in Zoho Bigin.
- Share accurate basics (price range, location, travel time) and escalate hot prospects promptly.
Must-haves
- Clear speaking voice, steady pace, polite/confident tone.
- Fluent Bengali/Hindi; working English; clean WhatsApp/chat writing.
- Patient listener; asks follow-ups; handles objections calmly.
- Disciplined documentation; comfortable with daily call targets.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets; headset + stable connection; okay with Thursday week-off.
Good to have
- Telecalling experience (real estate/education/finserv).
- Exposure to CRM and WhatsApp Replies
Compensation
- ₹15,000–25,000 (Based on our evaluation)
