Core Responsibilities:
- Work experience as a Tele caller, Presales, Sales & Marketing or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other strategic methods.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
Required Skills:
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in Villas and Apartments selling.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge in CRM Software.
Nice to have skills:
- MS Office
- Good in communication
- Negotiation Skills
Experience - 1 to 6yrs
Education Required - Any Degree or MBA
Language Known - English & Tamil
