Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries in Tamil or Telugu.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain call records and update feedback in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in either Tamil or Telugu.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience.
- Own SIM card is mandatory (cost reimbursable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Only female candidates will be considered for this role.
