Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students from provided leads and explain the academy’s programs and courses
- Handle inquiries related to admissions, course details, and fee structures
- Follow up regularly with interested students to encourage enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM or Excel sheets as required
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident, polite, and clear telephone manner
- Prior telesales or sales experience preferred (experience in the education sector is a strong plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
Salary & Commission:
- 10-12K + performance-based incentives (negotiable based on experience and capability)
