Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-up
- Call prospective clients from the company database or marketing campaigns.
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert interest into site visits or bookings.
Client Engagement
- Explain real estate projects (residential/commercial), pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Address customer queries related to property details, legal documentation, and investment value.
Site Visit Scheduling
- Convince clients to schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Coordinate between clients and on-ground sales executives for visit arrangements.
Database Management
- Maintain accurate lead details and call records in CRM software.
- Update lead status (Interested, Follow-up, Not Interested, Visited, Converted).
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly call and conversion targets.
- Support the closure of deals by ensuring clients are well-informed and interested.
Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns through follow-up calls.
- Share campaign feedback from prospects with the marketing team.
Market Awareness
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, pricing, competitor projects, and offers.
- Use insights to engage better with potential buyers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain long-term relations with clients.
- Ensure post-sale communication and referral generation.
