Job Description:
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
* Pitch products/services in a clear and professional manner.
* Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
* Follow up with interested or previously contacted leads.
* Handle objections confidently and close sales.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Requirements:*
* Minimum Graduate in any stream.
* Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
* Basic knowledge of CRM or MS Office tools.
* Language proficiency in English, Hindi, or local language as needed.
