Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
2. Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries about products, or services.
3. Clearly explain features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
4. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
6. Build positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
