Sri Yatra by Sri Mandir is our exciting new venture, dedicated to making spiritual travel seamless and enriching. We're building unique travel packages to sacred pilgrims & rituals, connecting devotees with divine teachings and a vibrant community.
About the Role:
We are hiring a sharp, results-driven Telesales Executive to be a pivotal part of the Sri Yatra team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding pilgrims, understanding their unique needs for spiritual journeys, and successfully converting their interest into confirmed bookings for our bespoke spiritual travel packages. If you are passionate about sales and excited by the idea of helping people fulfill their spiritual aspirations through travel, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales: Convert warm leads into successful sales of spiritual travel packages.
- Customer Consultation: Effectively call and explain our darshan & temple tour packages to potential customers.
- Personalized Solutions: Understand customer needs deeply and suggest the most suitable options and customizations to ensure a perfect spiritual journey.
- Booking Management: Skillfully follow up with leads and close bookings, ensuring smooth payment processing.
- Process Adherence: Meticulously follow the lead disposition process to maintain high operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For (Requirements):
- Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in telesales, with a strong performance track record in sales.
- Language Fluency: Fluent in Hindi and English is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience in travel sales is a significant advantage.
- A good understanding of Hindu pilgrimage is highly desirable.
- Fluency in other Indian languages is a bonus.
Work Model:
- Work From Office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
- Work From Home: Sunday.
- Week Off: Wednesday.
