Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform.
Order taking by tele sales.
Need to manage inventory.
Utilize Shopify, Ebay, Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart... to maintain and optimize product listings.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and trends to make strategic recommendations for growth.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in catalog management within the ecommerce industry.
Proficiency with Amazon or similar ecommerce platforms.
Skill for taking daily order by telesales.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing product data.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with product listing and optimization techniques.
Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to ecommerce product listings is a plus.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

Oversee ecommerce management, ensuring consistent growth and improvements in the online sales process.
