Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Malayalam Voice Process)
Location: Coimbatore
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Malayalam Voice Process team in Coimbatore. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients' customers in Kerala through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Document customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 0-3 years of experience in voice process (freshers can apply if they have good communication skills)
