Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to make outbound calls, generate leads, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is persuasive, goal-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Promote products/services and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely responses.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Good listening skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
