Tele Calling (Sales order)

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Age Limit: 20 to 30 years

Job Summary:

Seeking a Sales Order Executive to handle customer calls for order processing and follow-ups. This role requires accuracy, basic computer skills, and good communication in Tamil and basic English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders over the phone.
• Follow up for order confirmations and payments.
• Contact priority customers for orders.
• Enter order details accurately.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Not target-based.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th or any degree.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years (Customer handling /Telecalling).
• Skills: Typing, basic computer knowledge, communication in Tamil & basic English.
• Note: Not a Tele-calling role—focus on order management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
