About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, explaining products/services, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads/customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update databases (CRM).
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum [/1 year] experience in telecalling / telesales (preferred, but freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
