We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain product/service details clearly and persuasively.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up with customers for feedback and conversions.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & local language.
Good listening and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
