Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and efficient Tele Counselling Executive (Multilingual) to join our healthcare team. The role involves guiding patients or their families over the phone, understanding their health-related needs, and assisting them in scheduling appointments, understanding treatment options, or availing services—while communicating effectively in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide health-related information and counselling.
Communicate fluently in multiple regional languages to assist a diverse patient base.
Counsel patients on healthcare services, doctor availability, treatment packages, wellness programs, etc.
Assist patients in appointment booking, follow-ups, and service navigation.
Handle basic patient queries and triage calls to the appropriate medical department.
Maintain accurate call logs and update patient records in CRM or EMR systems.
Follow up with patients for feedback, appointment reminders, or test results (where applicable).
Ensure empathy, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
