Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated female candidate with strong communication skills for the role of Telecaller / Inside Sales / Relationship Executive. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role and should be comfortable handling customer interactions and converting leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handling inbound inquiries effectively.
- Explaining products/services and generating interest.
- Following up on leads and closing sales.
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Updating CRM and reporting daily activities.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Customer Relationship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
