Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive Telecaller to handle client communication for both our interior design and real estate services (buy/sell/rent). The ideal candidate should be confident in making calls, generating leads, and booking appointments with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads for interior and property services
- Explain service offerings and generate interest
- Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales/design team
- Maintain call logs and follow-up records
- Handle basic customer queries professionally
Required Skills:
- Strong communication in Hindi & English
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic understanding of real estate/interior services is a plus
- Familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software preferred
