Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about services/products.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain customer database and update information accurately.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.
- Explain company offerings clearly and effectively to generate interest or leads.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers at all times.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident
- Strong convincing power and customer handling skills
- Fluent in [Insert language(s) – e.g., Hindi, Gujarati, English]
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in telecalling/customer service/sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
