Job Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries from prospective students
- Provide detailed program information and guide interested leads.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups and schedule counseling sessions.
- Maintain lead records and CRM entries with high accuracy.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling/customer service—freshers welcome.
- Language: Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, active listening, computer literacy (CRM, MS Office).
- Attributes: Target-driven, resilient, team-player with positive attitude.
