We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Presales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team by presenting project details, site plans, and financial offerings. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a client-first approach.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Engage with potential buyers through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Provide complete information about residential/commercial projects including location benefits, floor plans, pricing, and amenities.
Coordinate and schedule site visits with clients and follow up post-visit.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team by qualifying leads and forwarding high-intent customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the sales team informed.
Ensure timely communication and nurture relationships with prospects until closure.
Prepare and share brochures, floor plans, pricing sheets, and FAQs with potential buyers.
Support the marketing team with feedback on customer preferences and trends.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in any field
0–3 years of experience in real estate, sales support, or telesales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in *English* and *local languages* .
Ability to handle client objections and build rapport quickly.
