Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
- Explain course details, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle inquiries via phone and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Web).
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
